Well, if I'd waive a wand, I'd just print money. But as governor, we have to make responsible choices and I think we have to be honest with taxpayers. We do need to raise the gas tax and we need to re index it to inflation. It was a mistake to take that away and that helped create the transportation funding crisis that we now find ourselves in.
