And you know, these have long tail effects and it makes it harder for us to recruit and retain teachers. And, and what we know is that Smaller class sizes and experienced teachers make the biggest difference for students. So we have got to find a way to help really great teachers stay in the classroom and not go to other states where they've got, you know, better options and make sure that they're in the places in Wisconsin that need the most.
