I believe that public dollars belong in public schools. And if you take even $1 of public money, you need to be subject to accountability. And yes, Over time, I am going to bring the private voucher scheme to an end as we increase the quality and the capacity of our public schools. Because the most important thing to me as a parent, and what I hope my legacy will be as governor is to restore Wisconsin in our rightful place as the best public education state in the nation.
