We got to put that stuff in state law and state regulations so that we're protected no matter what the hell goes on in Washington, D.C. and we have the power to collaborate with other governors who are like minded. And I've already had conversations with many other Democratic governors and likely governors candidates for governor from around the country about how we can cooperate with each other. for instance, to bulk buy prescription drugs and vaccines, to lower costs for our state residents and to do things that we otherwise might have relied on the federal government to do but can't any longer.
