So there are two Democratic bills that were authored in the last session and both died. One bill was a moratorium until strong regulations were passed. The other bill is strong regulations. I, Ann Hong, and 49 Democrats are on the strong regulation bill. Only nine are on the moratorium bill. If you believe as I do, that the status quo is totally unacceptable where you have these, the most powerful, profitable companies in the history of the world just coming in and running roughshod over local communities.
