Since last year, the FBI has run an unprecedented campaign called Operation Blackout to dismantle these scam compounds across Southeast Asia and beyond. In this episode, I'm sitting down with FBI Director Kash Patel to understand how these operations went down. We did joint operational raids in all of these areas and then we actually got the Royal Thai Air Force to go in there and literally blow up some of these compounds. We also dig into the FBI's hunt for spies and its fight against transnational repression. The FBI has seen a 55% increase in espionage arrests alone and the uphill battle of preventing the next terror attack. (00:47–00:58)
