So we did a couple of simple things, but most importantly, we listened to the field. I pushed out 1500 FBI employees from Washington D.C. permanently to the field. Almost a third of our workforce before I got in the sea was housed within 50 miles of the Washington D.C. radius. That's just illogical at every level.
