And so today I'm announcing three new actions. Miriam, you're going to be happy to expedite the planning process and make planning easier to rebuild, I am establishing a self-certification program to reduce redundancy in the permitting process. We will launch an initiative to start using innovative AI technology to accelerate and support the city's permit process. Now, if successful, we will take both of these new initiatives citywide to accelerate building everywhere. (11:42–11:58)
