I don't think there's been anybody maybe since Lee Sherman Dreyfus in 1978 that talked about the cocoon of Madison, the city surrounded by reality. But in my opinion, We have to take a big long step, more than just one small step for man, a giant leap for mankind. And that is completely going statewide with something like this. It could be DFI here in Green Bay. It could be Department of Natural Resources up In places like Rice Lake or Wausau, it could be debt cap in places like Stevens Point and much more. The point is, let's start the conversation. Let's get realistic about moving these departments out, and let's change the culture. (07:17–07:41)
