And I think this is one of the ways to help start changing that culture. In Washington county, we are in this process now and have been for some time. We have a county courthouse and a county grounds that is sprawled out over the course of 30 or 40 acres. We're working to consolidate that footprint to one building that is completely unified and put as much property back on the tax rolls as possible. (06:19–06:27)
