They should be always the priority number one. So is this a continuation of the current Vision 2030 plan? Because I believe in the press release it cited the Vision 2030 plan. It absolutely builds upon some, what I think are some good components of the 2030 plan, but it really expands upon that. I don't think there's been anybody maybe since Lee Sherman Dreyfus in 1978 that talked about the cocoon of Madison, the city surrounded by reality. (06:57–07:06)
