Since 2015, the city voted and we've missed out on $1.5 billion in revenue. So the problem's been kicking the can down the road. Previous mayors laid people off, they sold city assets. Mayor Turner was very fortunate to get significant money from the federal government that was used for ongoing expenses. So we've had to absorb and deal with all those challenges, but we're doing it.
