We're getting cooperation from the state Washington to do that and then Making solid waste part of the enterprise fund, we will charge them a right of way fee and that wraps out 116 million in savings. So what we've done without raising property taxes, balance our budget, we haven't laid off anyone. And the services are improving through efficiencies of the Ernst and Young report. (07:40–07:59)
