I think it's a great program. I think one of the things we need to do is do more for the trades and with our tech centers. Unfortunately, over the last couple decades, Guidance counselors and teachers have pushed everyone to go to College. I'm now 58. I'm the average age of a tradesman in the state of Vermont. You can make a good living in the trades, and we don't have enough tradespeople. (43:39–43:44)
