As I said before, the problem with trying to provide affordable housing for anybody is the cost of keeping and maintaining a house and Building housing units cost four or five hundred thousand dollars a unit now. So yes, there's a huge need. Trying to figure out how to reduce that cost and get them sited is still a serious challenge. Thank you. (41:27–41:32)
