Now, I find it supremely ironic that perhaps the next vote we have here on the Senate floor after this health care bill is going to be a vote to increase the statutory debt limit because Congress has maxed out its credit card. Currently our credit limit is $12 trillion and that's not enough because of unwise and reckless spending like that reflected here in this bill. I find that supremely ironic, but I suspect there are a lot of Americans who find it very sad and even scary. (12:15–12:26)
