Well, I certainly have seen firsthand that we were making progress with regard to our roads and those necessary infrastructure investments. We still need to establish a funding mechanism that is more long term that allows us to keep going with the progress that we're making [in transportation infrastructure]. And what does that look like in your eyes, that different funding mechanism they're going to? I would recommend a legislative study committee, some something that would really evaluate best practices, what other states have done successfully. (13:11–13:20)
