It's an important issue and there's a number of ways we can go about improving this situation. One certainly is reversing putting an end to this insistence by the Republicans on opposing Medicaid expansion. We are still one of 10 states only that is allowing this billions of dollars of our taxpayer money to sit in Washington and go to other states because we have ideological opposition to [Medicaid expansion]. it being made available to Wisconsin citizens. So we need to lift that and allow Medicaid to be provided to more people in Wisconsin. (10:20–10:33)
