Absolutely. I think that it's really important that we have this opportunity and we need to use it now to invest in Wisconsin's future. It's been a shame that we've been sitting on that amount of funds, of our taxpayer funds, when we could be investing in our workforce and in our education. We need to lay Wisconsin's future forward by making those necessary investments in our schools, in our university system, and attracting and keeping a vital workforce in the state. (02:50–03:00)
