I'm going to return again to women's reproductive health. It was such a terrible time, those 15 plus months when Wisconsin women were forced to leave the state, to head to Minnesota, to head to Illinois, Michigan for basic care, life saving care, for abortions, for problem pregnancies, for miscarriages. I've talked to too many women and doctors who are put in that position. So I very much will focus my priorities on enacting a law that provides that certainty that restores Roe v. (16:37–16:56)
