I've gotten about a third or almost a halfway there now, and the meetings have been really interesting. And no matter where I've gone, I'm hearing a very similar story, which is that Police departments, law enforcement, in whatever the community, whether it's in the far northern reaches of the District 8 or in the far southern portion of District 8, they're all experiencing inadequate amount of money and resources to be able to practice proactive policing. And what they explain that to me is that they have not been able to increase their staff since, in some cases, 2000, 23 years ago. (22:54–23:16)
