So I feel that there is this stress that local communities like District 8 are feeling representative around the state, really, that they are either experiencing, like Grafton, I think it was 150 or $200,000 budget cut for this year. That's just Grafton. Other communities are also experienced either a moratorium or a cut on the resources available to them. So they are having to borrow to be able to get through the coming years. It's very challenging across the board how legislature has been dealing with our local communities in government. (30:06–30:14)
