So I feel that there is this stress that local communities like District 8 are feeling representative around the state, really, that they are either experiencing, like Grafton, I think it was 150 or $200,000 budget cut for this year. That's just Grafton. Other communities are also experienced either a moratorium or a cut on the resources available to them. So they are having to borrow to be able to get through the coming years.
