We're sitting now on this unbelievable seven plus billion dollar surplus. We have an opportunity to invest in our local communities, particularly the emergency and law enforcement services that we need. But Local communities are also having shortfalls when it comes to keeping their parks up, keeping common spaces and their services. It's all part of the same problem. So if folks want this to be a priority, they're going to need to get new faces in Madison representing them. (26:00–26:09)
