And that's not acceptable. And so what we need to do is what every single educational expert will tell you. Number one, You have to reduce the class size, particularly in K through 3, to get down to manageable numbers to teach basic reading and math. And I'm not talking about 20 kids per class. I'm talking about 8 to 10 kids per class. And secondly, you need to invest in teacher infrastructure to get subject matter experts on reading and math into those classrooms. (07:05–07:15)
