So, for example, the cost of traveling nurses is just the, it's doing so, so much damage to our hospital and health care system. And the cost has just made it almost impossible for hospitals and providers. And so We've been investing in programs that are like grants and tuition forgivable loans to help incentivize Vermonters to get into the healthcare field. And so we're starting to see the progress of that program and seeing that there are people in it. There's actually a wait list in some of these programs which shows the interest is there.
