Absolutely. Well, we're going to be really continuing the work of the priorities that we had last legislative session. So obviously housing, you know, as I go across the state, It's great to see housing going up, like literally seeing new housing units across the state. new housing units, which is so great and fantastic. But there's more to do around housing. So we'll be doing work around, not only looking at opportunities for permanent affordable housing, landlord tenant opportunities to help with some of the challenges there. (19:16–19:31)
