And that's just really scary and not good for folks. And, you know, I'll say burnout definitely is part of it. And politics, you know, I. Some of the programs that we've seen that have haven't gotten stood up or money haven't going out the door, some of them have been really part, like, parts of key priorities for the legislature. and I really hope that's not the case.
