So workforce development. We have for several years been putting money into workforce development programs, into critical careers where we know that there is a great need. So, for example, The cost of traveling nurses is just the, it's doing so, so much damage to our hospital and health care system. And the cost has just made it almost impossible for hospitals and providers. And so we've been investing in programs that are like grants and tuition forgivable loans to help incentivize Vermonters to get into the healthcare field. (26:55–27:06)
