In your opinion, Jeff Heard, what are the top three issues facing our congressional district and briefly described how you plan to address these issues if elected? Sure. The top issue is securing the border. We need to stop the flow of drugs and crime that are coming across the border. I say this is somebody that is very much in favor of legal immigration.
