Immigration and securing our border is probably the top issue in the third congressional district when I'm traveling around and addressing the flow of illegal immigration and crime and drugs that are coming across our border. The first step, from my perspective, is securing the border. I don't think we can have a rational immigration policy without having a secure border. (11:22–11:26)
