So it's difficult to predict what is going to be on the regulatory horizon when it comes to those sorts of regulations. Mobile home housing, that's something that I think that the federal government has had a role in. I think we can do more to make mobile homes an opportunity for people that are first time home buyers that want to sort of get their foot in, in the door when it comes to owning a home, which really is the american dream.
