Is there a role for the federal government in establishing programs for income qualified homebuyers and renters, creating affordable housing, tax incentives for home builders, and or imposing tax penalties for non resident owners? I'm not in favor of imposing tax penalties for non-resident owners. I believe the market should generally decide those things. I am in favor of tax incentives, incentives and incentives that we would give builders that are looking to build what I would call attainable housing and growing the supply. (06:59–07:04)
