Right now, the BLM has too much control and they're making bad decisions for communities not just in western Colorado, but in southern Colorado. As well, The FlipMa act, the federal Land Management Policy act of 1976, is also a critical document that talks about multiple use. We need to make sure that we have a balanced approach that doesn't lock off federal land. I'm not talking about just support for ag and energy, which are key, but also outdoor recreation and tourism as well. (23:28–23:37)
