Yes, I believe congressionally directed spending is an important part of what a representative can do. But it's not just funneling money to affordable housing or whatever, giving people money. It's using tax dollar. It's using tax federal taxpayer dollars, effectively measured with specific goals for a specific intent that will advance projects that help communities. (1:00:53–1:01:00)
