Building codes also create costs, add costs unnecessarily. I think we need to do what we can to minimize those. That's something that federal review can do. Also, there are Environmental regulations, like the National Environmental Policy Act, add time delay fees and costs to housing. We can get rid of those as well, increase the supply, lower the regulation and make housing more attainable for everyone throughout this district. That's what I would do. (23:19–23:25)
