The difference now with the housing growth plans is that they're going to be much more intentional, much more focused and actually thinking about a diversity of housing options and not just simply affordable. We do need a lot more affordable housing, but we also just need more housing, period. Because at the macro level. Right. Obviously it's a supply and demand issue.
