We're seeing a lot of our colleagues taking a brave step who represent suburban, affluent communities who are also saying we need to do something about housing affordably. Because It's gotten to the point where, you know, the empty nester couple who has a 5,000 square foot home wants their kids to move into the communities where they raise them and their kids can't find housing. Right. That's accessible, available and affordable. So now it's starting to be like, wait, my grandkids can't live near me. And I think that's changing people's perspectives about having options.
