And that's going to take off a huge chunk of cost for them over the long run. I think Massachusetts needs to get rid of its moratorium on nuclear power. Nuclear power is very affordable. The Taunton Municipal Light Plant I think is paying like 5 cents a watt right now because it has access to millstones nuclear power. (26:43–26:46)
