So I think it's good legislation. But the center of gravity for housing policy is state and local. I mean, to be, to be real. And Massachusetts needs to build 250,000 more units of housing. And that has to happen with, you know, more duplexes, with reforms to permitting process, like with single staircase versus multi staircase requirements.
