… countries, not only do we have to stop educating our poor young people that were a racist country, but to be a great country, we need a strong manufacturing base. We want it to be preferable to manufacture stuff in the United States than in Europe or Asia or South America. And the way to do that is a lower tax rate for manufactured items.
