Now everybody knows their property taxes went up, right? Okay, so I'm giving you just a quick breakdown of how property taxes work in the state of Colorado. Property taxes in the state of Colorado are based on three things. You have the value of your property, and that's just based on the market, right? If the market value goes up, your property value goes up, the market value goes down, your property tax, your valuation, and your taxes go down. (18:14–18:19)
