We want to keep government the same size. We don't want to grow government. Now, even with the Taxpayer Bill of Rights limitation in place, Government in Colorado has already grown about 57%, even when you adjust it for population times inflation. When I was working out at the state Capitol in 2005, the state budget was about $15 billion. That was like the total spending money that this state had from all of the different revenue sources.
