Well, honestly, that was a dysfunctional two years. We had a. Governor Doyle was in the last two years of his term, and I think he'd lost a lot of energy for new ideas. We had a Speaker in the Assembly, Mike Sheridan, and a majority leader in the Senate, Russ Decker. And honestly, the three of them couldn't have agreed on ordering a sandwich, let alone having a meaningful policy for the state. Sure. And we paid the price for that. So, yeah, the system right now has got to change. We've got to stop acting like a tribe and more like independent representatives. (52:33–52:46)
