We're also equally proud of our efforts to improve a quality of life across the entire city, including the deployment of rapid response quality of life teams. Since April, these cue teams have been zeroing in on problems such as noise complaints and illegal parking, as well as homelessness related issues, outdoor drug use, aggressive panhandling and other serious concerns that affect New Yorkers quality of life.
