Since April, these cue teams have been zeroing in on problems such as noise complaints and illegal parking, as well as homelessness related issues, outdoor drug use, aggressive panhandling and other serious concerns that affect New Yorkers quality of life. Over the next two weeks, we will complete this rollout citywide with Q teams present in every precinct in New York City.
