I mean, the federal government, the military, you know, obviously is a big part of that will say we can't go, we can't make decisions, one off decisions. We've got all these locations all over the country. When the EPA gives us a different standard, then we'll act and we'll clean up to that standard. Right. I mean, they're pretty blunt about it. And so a community advocating, a community doing its best to speak out and speak to the big Air Force, big army, anyone, will only have limited success when the EPA isn't doing its job. (23:47–23:53)
