And so a community advocating, a community doing its best to speak out and speak to the big Air Force, big army, anyone, will only have limited success when the EPA isn't doing its job. And so Now when the EPA looks like it's going to actually change the standard, that's where you're going to have DoD taking a very different tone with those surrounding communities.
