So we passed a bunch of amendments, everything from making sure we're doing PFAS testing at DoD, sorry, National Guard installations, placing moratoriums on incinerating that firefighting foam. Right. Let's not make things worse. But then also requiring, first of all, The Pentagon [is required] to notify Congress of all releases of PFAS foam. and then doing things to incentivize, as you say, the research. So the idea we had was creating a prize program to incentivize development of these non PFAS firefighting foams. (11:21–11:28)
