We did a survey. It got as much response as almost anything we've done. This is what South Dakotans, 4200 of them think about their US Postal Service today. You can see 59% [of South Dakotans] think [the USPS service] is very poor or poor. And that dog does not hunt. All right, let's go to our story from a veteran.
